Song of Solomon 2:2 In the Last Days 2nd Peter 3:3

Shape up and Fly right, Chapter 2, Page 66

[1] I remained lying down with nothing eminent on my to-do list. I began to observe the sunbeams spinning across this tiny room, and floating within were flecks of dust dancing about like a miniature ballet.

[2] I observed this for quite some time and would do so until I began to notice the sun was beginning to retreat into the horizon. Being drawn to the setting sun, a brilliance of colors began to fill the night sky. I got up to have a closer look. I was amazed at this pageant of colors, and then I began to ponder how can this be the very same sun that just yesterday was shedding its warmth on me. In the familiar surroundings of my childhood backyard.

[2] Author’s Commentary

But whatever the case being, and nonetheless she took a breath of a calming sigh. And begins to allow her imagination to find relief from a reality where not even twenty four hours ago her life was turned upside down, She let her fancy take her to the magnificent theater to be a part of the glorious art that is the Ballet.

This fanciful interlude went on for quite some time, until to Lily’s regret. the shocking reality showed up to capture her attention, and as she began to ponder within. Lily concluded there is no reasoning for an expression of such horrid hatred. As I write this commentary a Bible verse should come to mind as it is written in John 1:5, And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

[1] Author’s Commentary

The horrid events which transpired in the wee hours of the morning. Left Lily in an emotional surreal daze, and for the first time since the night of horrors began. She found herself thankful to be left to her own thoughts, and with a feeling of exhaustion from experiencing every conceivable emotional state possible throughout the night. The silence brought a since of reflection to Lily, and it taunted her of the incomprehensible low regard for the concept of fare play.
